New Job Details NeuroHospitalist Location : Oklahoma City, OK Duration: May 22, 2025 December 18, 2025 Reason for coverage: gaps in coverage Schedule: 1 week per month (Thursday Thursday) Weeks of: May22 May 29 July 3 July 10 Aug 14 Aug 21 Sept 25 Oct 2 Nov 6 Nov 13 Dec 18 Dec 25 Shift: Thursday Thursday, arrive at 5p (hand off) 7p 7a weeknight call, start in-house Friday 7a-7p Call: 7p 7a Patient volume: 10-15 patients per day (mix of new patients and follow -up) Hospitalist does admissions. On average 2-7 new consults per day Scope: bread and butter NeuroHospitalist work rounding, new consults, follow up (must do EEG s). No APP supervision required. EEG s are done 24/7 rare that one is done at night, but there are 1-2 per week (30min routine EEG). No Epilepsy monitoring, average of 2-4 EEG s per day. Not responsible for running codes. EMR: Meditech Hospital: Level 2 Trauma Center - Primary Stroke Center Group/support: 1-2 Neuro providers on hand for backup Requirements (boards, license): Board Certified with Oklahoma or IMLC Compact license
