Healthcare Growth and Acquisitions Coordinator

Healthcare Acquisitions Manager US Healthcare Consulting Holdings LLC, a growing Skilled Nursing Facility ownership and operations company, is seeking a highly motivated Healthcare Acquisitions Manager to drive strategic growth and expansion in the long-term care space. As a key member of our team, you will work closely with ownership and leadership to identify acquisition opportunities, build relationships with nursing home owners and operators, and support overall business development efforts. Responsibilities Conduct outbound cold calls and outreach to nursing home owners, operators, brokers, and healthcare professionals Identify skilled nursing facilities that may be interested in selling or partnering Build and maintain relationships throughout the long-term care industry Generate and track acquisition leads and opportunities Schedule meetings and introductions with ownership groups and decision makers Assist with market research and strategic growth initiatives Maintain organized reporting and follow-up pipelines Represent the company professionally in all communications and networking opportunities Qualifications Strong communication and interpersonal skills Comfortable making outbound cold calls and developing relationships Highly motivated, organized, and self-driven Sales, healthcare, real estate, recruiting, or business development experience preferred Skilled nursing or long-term care experience is a major plus Ability to work independently and manage multiple opportunities simultaneously What We Offer $40,000 - $75,000 ANNUALLY , plus a generous commission structure Growth potential within an expanding healthcare organization Direct involvement with executive leadership and acquisitions strategy Flexible work environment Opportunity to make a major impact on company growth About the Role If you are entrepreneurial, confident, and excited about helping grow a healthcare organization through strategic relationships and acquisitions, we would love to hear from you.
