Position Summary Madison County Public Schools is seeking Substitute Custodians. The successful applicant should possess a strong work ethic. The ability to complete assignments with promptness and precision is a must. Required Ability to left/move heavy objects. Physical requirements such as repetitious hand and body movements, pushing, pulling, bending, kneeling, climbing and reaching. Demonstrates the ability to work effectively with team members. Primary Responsibilities Vacuum, sweeps, mops, scrubs, and polishes hallways, classrooms, instructional areas, stairs and office space. Picks up trash in building and grounds; empties all trash receptacles. Replenishes all bathroom supplies and disinfects bathrooms. Cleans snow, ice and debris from sidewalks and entrances. Performs other duties as assigned by School Principal.
