If you are the kind of person who finds satisfaction in getting every edge, curve, and surface just right this is your kind of job. As a Deburr Tech at Orchid, you'll work with your hands and microscopes to perfect orthopedic parts used in life-changing medical devices.

What You'll Do

• Use a microscope and small knives/hand tools to remove burrs (rough edges, curls, or ridges caused by machining) from small parts like screws.
• Use measuring tools (calipers, gauges, comparators) to check for dimensional accuracy.
• Follow all safety and work procedures carefully.
• Keep your work area clean and organized.
• Report equipment or material issues to your supervisor or lead.

Education Qualifications

• High School Or Equivalent (Preferred)

Experience Qualifications

• Manufacturing Experience (Preferred)
• Microscope and/or Small Part Experience (Preferred)
• No previous work experience required
