Asphalt Plant OperatorArcosa Aggregates is seeking an Asphalt Plant Operator based out of our Old Bridge Asphalt Plant to perform a critical role in daily asphalt operations by safely operating an asphalt plant in our East Region. This role is responsible for routine and preventative plant maintenance to ensure continuous efficient production.Day to day operations of manufacturing asphaltComply with all industry safety rules, procedures and applicable government regulations.Perform daily pre-shift equipment and workplace inspections to maintain equipment performanceMaintain strong communications with other plant employees and operatorsPerform other duties or responsibilities as assigned3-5 Years experience preferredPrompt, regular, and predictable attendancePositive, team-based attitudeThe ability to stand, stoop, bend, lift, walk, climb stairs, ladders and catwalks up to 60 feet as required.The ability to work in varied outdoor environments (cold, hot, dry, dusty, rainy)Basic computer, working with hands, weldingWhile most equipment has air conditioning, there will be times when other responsibilities may require periods of work in all weather conditions including heat, cold, wet, dry, and dusty.$26.52-$31.83Arcosa is proud to offer competitive benefits and programs to help you and your family meet your healthcare and retirement planning needs.
