Key Responsibilities\n

• Deliver therapeutic counseling services to individuals, families, and groups, addressing a variety of mental health challenges, such as trauma, anxiety disorders, and dual diagnoses.

• Maintain a high standard of care by focusing exclusively on clinical responsibilities, while our administrative team manages business operations.

• Utilize a HIPAA-compliant telehealth platform for conducting virtual therapy sessions, ensuring a secure and confidential environment for client interactions.

• Develop and implement individualized treatment programs tailored to the unique needs of each client, evaluating progress and adjusting plans as necessary.

• Engage in ongoing professional development activities and participate in team meetings to stay informed about the latest therapeutic techniques and organizational policies.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will work with a diverse range of clients from various backgrounds, primarily focusing on those experiencing mental health challenges, including chronic stress, trauma, depression, and anxiety. Qualifications\n

• A completed Master's degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a closely related field is required.

• Active and unrestricted licensure as a Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC) in the state of Nevada is mandatory.
