Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide individual, family, and group counseling sessions to identify clients' challenges and collaboratively develop effective strategies for improvement.

• Utilize our cloud-based EHR for efficient documentation, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulatory bodies.

• Conduct thorough assessments to develop and implement treatment plans addressing mental health concerns, trauma-related issues, and dual diagnoses.

• Maintain accurate, up-to-date records of client progress while ensuring confidentiality and compliance with HIPAA regulations.

• Work closely with multidisciplinary teams to provide holistic care to clients, participating in case reviews and contributing to best practices.

• Stay abreast of the latest research and methodologies in mental health counseling to enhance the effectiveness of service delivery.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field is required.

• Active and unrestricted licensure as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Kansas.

• A minimum of three years of professional mental health counseling experience is necessary.

• Demonstrated ability to work independently and manage a caseload flexibly.

• Access to a reliable laptop or desktop computer with stable internet connectivity and a web camera for telehealth sessions.

• Must successfully pass a background check prior to employment.
