Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct personalized therapy sessions using evidence-based approaches tailored to each client's unique needs, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and solution-focused brief therapy.

• Perform thorough assessments and evaluations to develop individualized treatment plans aimed at achieving client goals.

• Provide group, family, and couple therapy sessions to facilitate comprehensive care.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date clinical records in line with legal, ethical, and organizational standards.

• Engage in continuous professional development through workshops, training sessions, and collaborative discussions with multidisciplinary teams to stay updated on the latest mental health research.

The clients you will work with come from diverse backgrounds and may have limited access to mental health care. Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field is required.

• Possession of an active and unrestricted Professional Counselor (LPC) license in the state of Colorado.

• Strong understanding of legal and ethical standards governing mental health practices.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary range for this position is between USD 70,000 and 90,000 annually, commensurate with experience and caseload availability. Counselors will also benefit from client referrals and assistance with billing and documentation, significantly reducing administrative burdens and allowing you to focus on client care.
