Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide high-quality counseling services to a diverse client base, addressing various mental health issues, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and dual diagnosis.

• Conduct individual, family, and group counseling sessions tailored to meet the unique needs of each client.

• Utilize our advanced cloud-based EHR to manage client records, document session notes, and ensure compliance with insurance regulations effectively.

Qualifications\n

• Master's degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a closely related field.

• Active and unrestricted licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Arizona.

• A minimum of three years of experience in mental health counseling, providing direct services to clients.

• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work independently, with a commitment to fostering client trust and connection.

• Reliable access to a laptop or desktop computer, along with dependable internet connectivity and a web camera for effective virtual sessions.

• Ability to pass a comprehensive background check.

Preferred Experience\n
