Senior Logistics Manager

GE HealthCare seeks a Senior Logistics Manager to lead end-to-end transportation and logistics operations for pharmaceutical diagnostics products. The role combines operational leadership with technical expertise, requiring direct people management and strategic optimization of supply chain processes.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute end-to-end logistics solutions ensuring on-time pickup and delivery performance
- Manage logistics budgets and operational costs to align with business plans
- Lead, staff, and develop direct reports with performance accountability
- Identify process improvements and propose solutions for complex manufacturing logistics challenges
- Mentor junior colleagues and lead small-scale projects with resource and risk oversight
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, or related field plus 8 years logistics experience
- Minimum 10 years relevant logistics experience with high school diploma/GED alternative
- Significant pharmaceutical industry experience managing time-critical, regulated shipments
- Hands-on experience with radioactive materials handling and regulatory compliance
- Advanced SAP proficiency in order management, shipment coordination, and inventory tracking
Compensation: $123,200-$184,800 base annual, plus performance-based incentives and benefits
