About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our team. As a CNA at Parklands Care Center , you will play a vital role in providing individualized care to our residents, promoting their comfort, dignity, and well-being. Your responsibilities will include:

• Providing direct patient care, including vital signs, bathing, dressing, and toileting
• Assisting with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as feeding, transferring, and ambulating patients
• Maintaining accurate and detailed records of patient care
• Collaborating with the interdisciplinary care team to develop and implement individualized care plans
• Participating in quality improvement initiatives to ensure the highest level of care and service

Requirements:

• Current certification as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) in the state of Florida

• High school diploma or equivalent required

• Ability to lift, transfer, and reposition patients with assistance as needed

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks accordingly
