Give us a call opt 1 Job Details: Shift: 12H Nights Total Weekly Hours: 36 Certifications: CCRN, BLS (AHA) Trauma Level: Facility Specific Job Notes: - 2 to 5 years of nurse manager or director experience - BSN required, MSN or MBA preferred - Experience (clinical or management) in the medical ICU and CVICU - CCRN - Knowledge of Quality and Patient Outcomes, including but not limited to CLABSIs, CAUTIs, VAP, and Sepsis - Has lead quality improvement initiatives - Has knowledge of Joint Commission readiness and CMS standards - Budget development - Productivity management - Capital Budget planning - ICU flow optimization - Interdisciplinary collaboration - Integrate ICU care models across the various ICUs - Proven success in leading cultural transformation - Experience managing resistance across diverse teams - Relationship & Influence skills - Required Certifications: BLS (AHA) When you apply with Junxion, you speak with a live U.S.-based recruiter who understands the travel market.
