Demonstrated ability to manage multiple complex project timelines and drive accountability across cross‑functional stakeholders. Tech‑savvy mindset with hands‑on experience utilizing contact center technologies and CRM platforms such as Salesforce Service Cloud, NICE, Genesys, or Jira. Detail‑oriented organizational strengths with the ability to work independently in a remote or hybrid environment.
