Leasing Consultant The ideal candidate is outgoing, organized, and experienced in apartment leasing with a strong focus on customer service and follow-through. Conduct tours with prospective residents and showcase available apartment homes Assist in preparing and executing lease agreements in accordance with company policies Process rental applications, including credit checks and background screenings Collect application fees, deposits, and rental payments as needed Follow up with prospective residents to support leasing and occupancy goals Build strong relationships with current and future residents Provide responsive and professional customer service to residents and prospects Communicate updates related to leases, policies, and community information Assist with work orders and coordinate resident maintenance requests Monitor community amenities and ensure they are well maintained and properly used Support overall property operations and assist with additional duties as needed What We’re Looking For High school diploma or GED required Minimum of 2 years leasing experience in a multifamily or apartment community Strong customer service and communication skills Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment Problem-solving mindset with strong attention to detail Working knowledge of the apartment industry preferred Why This Role This is a great opportunity for an experienced leasing professional who enjoys working with people and contributing directly to the success of a residential community.
