Our office is rapidly growing and we are looking to train the right individual to fit right into our company. We are currently seeking to fulfill a full-time position in our Commercial Lines Department. Our Commercial Lines Customer Service Rep/Commercial Lines Account Manager will be responsible to provide exceptional customer service to our current clients and new prospects when they call in for assistance.

Responsibilities

• Obtain underwriting information for new commercial clients from our sales department.
• Complete Acord applications in our Agency Management System (AMS360). Complete all required supplemental applications.
• Prepare quotes using insurance carriers on-line rating programs.
• Work with insurance carrier underwriters to obtain quotations and negotiate terms.
• Document each customer contact in AMS360.
• Issue Evidence of Insurance / Certificates of Insurance / Auto ID Cards.
• Share training and education knowledge and expertise with team members.
• Provideexceptional customer service.
• Claim follow up calls.
• Provides on-going support to insurance clients as needed.

Requirements

• Currently possess a Property Casualty insurance license.
• Minimum 3 years working in the Insurance Agency environment
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
• Great Customer Service Skills.
• Problem-Solving Capabilities.
• Responds to all inquiries, cancellation requests, and sales requests within a specified timeframe.
• Strong communication skills, both oral and written.
