Our expanding multi-location OB/GYN practice is seeking to enhance its team across Los Angeles and Orange Counties. This position offers a comprehensive OB/GYN role for individuals eager to engage in obstetrics, gynecology, and surgical procedures while enjoying a work-life balance. We welcome both seasoned professionals and recent graduates to apply.
Opportunity Highlights4-day workweek: Enjoy 3 days in the clinic and 1 day in the hospital/OR, with a designated weekday off.
Competitive compensation: Salary increases based on your experience.
Quality-based bonuses: Incentives are linked to quality rather than solely to patient volume.
1:7 call ratio: Benefit from dedicated laborist support.
Full-spectrum practice: Engage in a variety of services including clinic visits, deliveries, and surgeries.
Patient load: Approximately 25 patients scheduled per clinic day, backed by a robust clinical and administrative team.
Generous time off: 4 weeks of paid time off plus 1 week for continuing medical education with an allowance.
