Exciting opportunity available for a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) passionate about supporting student growth and learning in an educational setting! This full-time, onsite contract role offers the chance to positively impact children’s lives each day by collaborating with school teams and implementing strategies that foster student independence and skill development.

What We're Looking For:

• Current Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant certification required
• Demonstrated school-based COTA experience is a must
• Ability to work collaboratively with occupational therapists, teachers, and support staff
• Strong communication skills for effective interactions with students, families, and school personnel
• Exhibit flexibility, enthusiasm, and compassion in a diverse school environment
• Ready to commit to a full-time, 40 hour per week schedule onsite

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver direct occupational therapy services to students as outlined in their Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
• Assist with screenings, assessments, and documentation under supervision of an Occupational Therapist
• Adapt and implement interventions to help students develop fine motor, sensory processing, and self-help skills within the school setting
• Support teachers and staff with strategies and accommodations to ensure student success and accessibility
• Maintain accurate records and participate in team meetings as required
