Hematology/Oncology Physician

• Schedule: Ambulatory Hem/Onc Clinic
• Job Setting: Inpatient Facility
• Types of Cases:
  • Follow up and new patients
  • Focus on benign hematology (60-65% hematology with mild monthly fluctuations)
  • General oncology role
  • Bread and butter Hem/Onc
  • Write orders & prescriptions
  • Communicate with pharmacy
• EMR: EPIC
• Support Staff:
  • Nurses
  • Navigator
  • Admin Support
  • Pharmacy
  • 1-2 physicians
  • APPs
  • Infusion Specialist
• Minimum Experience: At least 2-3 years of experience
• Credentialing: 60-90 days

Minimum Requirements

• Board Certification in Hematology and/or Oncology
• Certifications: BLS
• Licensure:
  • Active State of North Carolina license
  • DEA
