Call Center Representative

Work Schedule Monday‑Friday, 8 a.m. – 5 p.m. Job Overview A Call Center Representative will answer all incoming calls for Georgia Bone and Joint, provide information, schedule appointments for providers, and collect patient insurance information and personal details. The position also obtains prior medical records and arranges referrals for appointments. Responsibilities Answer all incoming calls, provide accurate information or direct calls to appropriate personnel. Schedule appointments for providers and gather necessary patient data such as insurance details, personal information, prior medical records, and referrals. Qualifications Experience in a customer service–oriented environment with high call volume, strong organizational and multitasking skills, ability to work independently and make decisions based on training and knowledge. Ability to tolerate lengthy periods of sitting and repetitive keyboard typing. A high school diploma or equivalent is required. Experience working in the medical industry is a plus.
