RUDDY INSURANCE SERVICES INC, a Farmers Insurance agency, is looking for a motivated Experienced Insurance Agent to join our team. In this role, you'll work directly with customers, understand their insurance needs, recommend appropriate Property & Casualty coverage, and guide them through the process from initial conversation to completed application. What You’ll Do Meet with customers and learn about their insurance needs. Build strong relationships and provide a welcoming customer experience. Explain Property & Casualty insurance products, coverage options, and benefits in a clear and easy-to-understand way. Ask thoughtful questions to understand each customer's situation and recommend appropriate solutions. Guide customers through the sales process from initial conversation through closing. Follow up with prospective customers and maintain an organized sales pipeline. Prepare and process insurance applications and required documentation accurately. Answer customer questions and address concerns professionally. Stay current on insurance products, coverage options, and industry updates. Work with your team to share ideas, support customers, and contribute to a positive work environment. What We’re Looking For We're looking for someone who is confident, motivated, customer-focused, and ready to put their insurance experience to work. You’ll be a strong fit if you have: A valid Property & Casualty Insurance license . Strong communication and relationship-building skills. The ability to confidently explain insurance products and coverage options. Strong follow-up, negotiation, and closing skills. A self-motivated approach to achieving sales goals. A professional and customer-focused attitude. The ability to manage the sales process from start to finish. Additional Requirements Must be authorized to work in the United States. Must be 18 years of age or older. Valid driver's license required. Mobile device with cellular data required. Compensation Expected annual earnings: 70,000–120,000 This is a commission-only opportunity , with earnings based on individual sales performance.
