Regional Vice President of Sales

To drive revenue growth in the Western US region, the full-time Regional Vice President of Sales will manage a high-performing sales team, develop large account strategies, and execute go-to-market initiatives while collaborating with channel partners and senior leadership. Key responsibilities Recruit, onboard, and develop a direct sales team, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement Own the regional large account strategy, engaging with C-level executives to drive complex sales cycles Define and execute the West regional go-to-market plan, establishing brand presence and aligning with national programs Required qualifications 10+ years of Enterprise sales experience, with 5+ years in a leadership role focused on large accounts Proven track record in selling complex enterprise subscription software or SaaS solutions Experience working with channel partners and VARs to generate enterprise pipeline Deep knowledge of the computer networking, network management, or enterprise IT infrastructure space Must be based in the Western US (West Coast or Mountain Time Zone)
