Evaluate client needs through thorough discovery meetings to design comprehensive insurance strategies.

Manage and nurture a designated book of business to ensure retention and discover opportunities for growth.

Conduct professional presentations to explain policy coverage and long-term benefits to prospective clients.

Maintain accurate client records within our database to ensure compliance and streamline future interactions.

Collaborate with the underwriting department to secure the best coverage options for unique client situations.

Participate in local community outreach programs to build the agency's reputation and visibility in Trenton.

New Jersey Life and Health Insurance License.

Three or more years of experience in direct insurance sales or account management.

Strong track record of meeting or exceeding established sales targets.

Demonstrated ability to translate complex insurance terminology into simple, actionable terms for clients.

Proficiency in using digital agency management systems and client databases.

High school diploma or equivalent.

Experience with consultative sales methodologies.
