About the Role
The Company is seeking a Vice President of Finance to join their dynamic and collaborative team. The successful candidate will have broad oversight of the financial operations, including financial reporting, managing finance teams, budgeting, long-range financial planning, and cost control. This role is pivotal in driving the financial strategy, modernizing systems and analytics, and ensuring the finance function is positioned to support the company's current operations and future growth. The VP, Finance will also be responsible for strengthening financial rigor, identifying opportunities for greater efficiency, and collaborating with IT and other departments to optimize new platforms for data-driven decision-making. The ideal candidate for the Vice President of Finance position at the company will be an accomplished finance executive with a proven track record in a hospital or health system leadership role. They must possess exceptional relationship and team-building skills, a systems approach to problem-solving, and a strong ability to communicate and engage with stakeholders. The role requires a leader who is visible, approachable, and widely regarded as a problem solver and valued resource. The VP, Finance will be a key member of the finance leadership team, partnering with leaders across the organization to align financial strategy with clinical and operational priorities.
