About the Role
The Company is seeking an Assistant Branch Manager (ABM) to join their team. The ABM will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of a retail branch office, providing supervisory oversight to a team, and ensuring the achievement of branch objectives. This role involves supervising activities, monitoring workflows, and maintaining operational excellence and compliance with policies, procedures, and regulatory standards. The ABM will also be involved in identifying opportunities to expand existing relationships and develop new customer relationships, as well as creating a cohesive and collaborative team environment with a customer-centric focus. Applicants for the ABM position at the company should have a High School Diploma or GED, with a minimum of 3 years' related experience. Strong leadership skills, a professional and positive image, and the ability to maintain composure while effectively communicating are essential. The role requires basic proficiency with computers and the Microsoft Office Suite, as well as the ability to coach the team in digital technologies. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, detail-oriented, and have a proven track record of meeting sales targets. Sound risk management skills, the ability to provide exceptional customer service, and excellent communication skills are also necessary. A background in banking and prior management experience are preferred, and the candidate must be willing to obtain the necessary licenses and certifications as required.
