Senior Manager, Indirect Procurement

Fanatics is building a leading global digital sports platform that offers products and services across Fanatics Commerce, Collectibles, and Betting & Gaming, enabling fans to buy licensed gear, collect cards, and bet on sports events. The Role Reporting to the VP, Indirect Procurement, the Senior Manager, Indirect Procurement will collaborate with executive and business leaders to secure optimal value through enterprise‑wide procurement process development, cost‑saving initiatives, and contract negotiations. This role is critical in building discipline and execution within the Indirect Procurement function. Responsibilities Partner with the VP and business leaders to determine key procurement needs across Marketing and Technology Indirect categories. Create and own strategy and execution within specific Marketing areas such as Media & Performance, MarTech, Creative & Content Production, Partnerships/Rights/Licensing, Brand & Experiential, and Marketing Operations. Build and maintain stakeholder relationships by collaborating across departmental lines. Perform market, industry, and trend analysis to understand key cost drivers. Develop category strategies and deliver in collaboration with cross‑functional partners. Identify upcoming stakeholder requirements and build forecasts/models for future spend. Prepare and manage fact‑based RFI/RFP proposals – run bids, consolidate responses, assemble vendor scorecards, and perform data analysis to assist with vendor selection. Champion vendor diversity, sustainability, and other values, incorporating them into the screening and selection process. Ensure proper due diligence on all vendors prior to onboarding and control business risks. Manage vendor contract negotiations, partnering with business owners and the legal team to drive optimal value and contractual compliance. Implement KPI(s) into negotiated agreements and work with business owners to ensure vendor compliance. Support ongoing development of Indirect Procurement best practices. Provide support for special procurement projects and business initiatives as needed. Qualifications BS/BA degree in Supply Chain, Finance, or related field. 7+ years of indirect procurement experience, preferably in marketing and/or technology. Excellent verbal, written, and presentation communication skills. Strong relationship‑management experience with internal and external stakeholders. Ability to manage competing priorities in an evolving, fast‑paced environment. Results‑oriented, organized, efficient and resourceful. Strategic thinker who develops innovative solutions. Highly proficient in manipulating and drawing insights from large data sets using Microsoft Excel. Experience with Oracle, SAP, or other large‑scale procurement systems. Proficient in presenting data and information in Microsoft PowerPoint. Expectation to be on‑site in the NYC office 4 days per week. Compensation & Benefits The salary range represents base pay only and does not include short‑term or long‑term incentive compensation. Base pay is determined by location, experience, qualifications, and training.
