Duties Greet customers warmly and determine their automotive parts needs through active listening and effective communication Identify, locate, and recommend the correct parts using automotive diagnostics tools and inventory management systems Process sales transactions accurately using POS (Point of Sale) systems while handling cash and credit payments with professionalism Maintain organized stock levels by stocking shelves, conducting inventory control, and managing order fulfillment to prevent shortages or overstocking Assist with vehicle maintenance advice and automotive repair guidance based on customer inquiries Use negotiation skills to upsell products and promote additional services or accessories that meet customer needs Keep detailed records of sales, inventory movements, and customer interactions within management software Skills Strong knowledge of automotive diagnostics, vehicle maintenance, and automotive service procedures Excellent communication skills in multiple languages; bilingual abilities are highly valued for serving diverse customers Proven experience in retail sales, inventory management, and stock control within an automotive or dealership environment Proficiency with POS systems, Microsoft Excel, retail math, and basic cash handling procedures Effective negotiation skills to enhance sales opportunities while ensuring customer satisfaction Familiarity with dealership operations, marketing strategies, and automotive repair processes Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced setting Knowledge of CMMS platforms for maintenance tracking and inventory control is a plus Outstanding phone etiquette for engaging with customers over the phone or in person Join us to be part of a vibrant team dedicated to delivering exceptional automotive parts service!
