Trust and Estates Attorney

Porter Wright has an opportunity for a Trust & Estates Attorney in the Cincinnati, Ohio office to support clients in estate planning, wealth management, and family management matters. This role includes drafting and administering trusts, advising on tax-efficient wealth transfer strategies, and assisting with estate and fiduciary administration. Qualifications include:

• Five plus years of relevant experience in trust and estates, estate planning, or related practice area in a law firm
• Strong research and writing skills
• Experience with estate planning documents, including wills, trusts, and powers of attorney
• Working knowledge of federal and state tax considerations related to trusts and estates
• Must be admitted to the practice of law
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines

• Strong work ethic and desire to grow as a valued member of the Trust & Estates team
• Emotional intelligence and sensitivity in advising on family and wealth management matters
• Exceptional project management and organizational skills
• Willingness to collaborate and work on teams
