We’d love to hear your story. Responsibilities Day‑to‑day handling of cases from pre‑litigation to litigation. Depending on experience, ranges from handling pre‑suit responsibilities to performing senior lawyer duties once the claim files suit. Drafting and filing of litigation documents to include pleadings, discovery requests, discovery responses, demands, motions and memorandum. Guide clients through the case process. Interaction with expert witnesses including conferences, drafting of expert reports and affidavits. Attendance and preparation at depositions, mediations, hearings, and court appearances. Qualifications Law degree (J.D. / Juris Doctor) from a fully ABA accredited law school. Active member in good standing of the bar of the state in which you are based/to which you are applying. Experience with wage and hour claims is a plus. Ability to manage a high volume of pre‑lit and litigation cases. Excellent client service and communication skills. Self‑starter driven by long‑term career goals. Salary Range $85,000 - $500,000 USD Benefits For full‑time employees, we offer an excellent benefits package including medical and dental insurance, 401(k) plan, paid time off, and paid holidays.
