Note Candidates must be licensed to practice law in Ohio and have at least 2 years of business or commercial litigation experience. Strong experience with discovery, depositions, pleadings, motion practice, and court appearances is required. Job Description Represent clients in complex business and commercial litigation matters. Handle cases through all phases of litigation. Conduct written discovery and take and defend depositions. Draft pleadings, motions, briefs, and other substantive legal filings. Participate in mediations, hearings, arbitrations, and court appearances. Assist with trial preparation and trial strategy. Collaborate with attorneys across multiple practice groups. Provide strategic legal counsel while delivering exceptional client service. Qualifications Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school. Active Ohio Bar license. 2+ years of business or commercial litigation experience. Experience with written discovery, depositions, pleadings, and substantive motions. Excellent legal research, writing, and analytical skills. Outstanding oral and written communication abilities. Strong academic credentials. Trusts and estates litigation experience is a plus.
