Electronics Technician

About the Role You will be part of a multi-disciplinary engineering team supporting the full lifecycle of advanced aerospace systems — from design and integration to testing and deployment. This role is ideal for hands‑on technicians experienced in hardware assembly, troubleshooting, and cable work in high‑reliability environments. Key Responsibilities Assemble, install, and troubleshoot hardware and cable systems Perform hardware debugging, repairs, and RMAs Support integration, testing, and validation of systems Maintain lab equipment, documentation, and inventory Read and interpret schematics, blueprints, and assembly drawings Work closely with engineers, operators, and inspectors Support system installation and configuration Required Skills & Experience 4+ years of experience in hardware/cable assembly, debugging, and repair Strong experience with MIL 38999 and D-Sub cable assembly Cable routing, installation, and soldering (cables & PCB components) Hands‑on experience with test equipment (multimeters, oscilloscopes, etc.) Knowledge of RS‑422, RS‑232, USB interfaces Ability to read and work from schematics and drawings Strong troubleshooting and communication skills Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs Preferred Qualifications IPC-620 Certification Experience in aerospace, defense, or high‑reliability environments 5+ years of experience (highly preferred for top candidates) Important Requirements Must be a U.S. Citizen Must be eligible to obtain/hold a DoD Security Clearance Fully onsite role in Richardson, TX Why This Role?
