Cardiac Surgical Technologist - CVOR

We are seeking an experienced Cardiac Surgical Technologist to join our team in the CVOR department. The ideal candidate will have strong surgical tech experience, particularly in a cardiac operating room environment. Responsibilities will include assisting in cardiac surgeries and other cases as needed. Call duties are required, including some weekends.

This is a 13-week contract position.

Day 3x12-Hour shifts (11:00 AM - 11:30 PM) with required cardiac call.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in cardiac surgeries and other surgical procedures as necessary.
• Maintain a sterile environment and assist the surgical team with instruments and supplies.
• Participate in surgical setups and provide support during surgeries.
• Handle various surgical instruments and equipment while adhering to safety protocols.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure:

• Minimum of 18 months of surgical tech experience required; 3+ years preferred.
• Strong experience in CVOR and vascular procedures.
• BLS certification required.
• National Certifications (NBSTSA and/or NCCT) preferred but not required.
