We’re looking for a motivated Builders Sales – Retail professional to join our team.

First 90 days: hourly pay while you learn the business, products, and customers. $15++ (spiffs & warranty $)

After 90 days: Move to full, uncapped commission — your earning potential is directly tied to your success.

Ideal Qualifications for Success

Previous sales, retail, construction, building materials, or contractor experience is a plus.

• Strong customer service and relationship-building skills
• Confident communicator who can listen, ask questions, and understand customer needs
• Self-motivated, competitive, and goal-oriented
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced retail environment
• Ability to learn products, pricing, and industry terminology quickly
• Strong follow-through and attention to detail
• Professional, dependable, and positive attitude
• Ability to work independently while contributing to a team
• Entrepreneurial mindset and desire to maximize uncapped commission earnings
