Good Shepherd Hospice in Missouri is seeking a compassionate Registered Nurse Case Manager to provide nursing assessment, planning, and care for patients and their families in Independence and surrounding communities. The RN will coordinate care, maintain communication with patients and families, and ensure accurate record-keeping. Experience in hospice, home health, or geriatrics is preferred.
