Roles & Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the SAP delivery team to ensure timely, quality completion of work
- Work directly with the client to provide updates, understand requirements, and manage expectations
- Handle escalations and critical issues, driving them to resolution
- Coordinate FICO, ABAP, and other SAP teams for smooth project delivery
- Track project progress, risks, resources, and deadlines; take action as issues arise
Experience Required
- ~20 years of overall SAP experience
- Proven experience leading SAP delivery teams
- Strong end-to-end SAP background
