Cell phone reimbursement plan Hybrid/flexible scheduling earned with tenure + performance Our Implementation Specialists Thrive in a fast-paced, service-oriented environment where accuracy and follow-through are essential Are highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple onboarding projects at once Communicate clearly and confidently - whether presenting to clients, leading kickoff calls, or coordinating internally Build trust quickly through professionalism, empathy, and a genuine desire to help small businesses succeed Take ownership of the onboarding experience and enjoy being the first impression of the GMS partnership What You’ll Do Act as the single point of contact for new clients and lead the full implementation process Define onboarding strategy, identify business priorities, and lead changes that enhance client satisfaction Review and analyze each client\'s current payroll practices to ensure a smooth transition Move new clients into GMS\' internal payroll/tax system and integrate them into GMS procedures Gather all required documentation related to payroll processing and account setup Provide weekly progress updates to clients and internal stakeholders Train clients on GMS procedures, policies, payroll processes, and coordinate benefits training as needed Collaborate closely with all GMS departments to ensure a seamless transition to Operations and HR Overall, guide clients through this structured onboarding process and ensure a smooth, accurate transition into our systems Why GMS?
