Qualifications and Skills Self-starter energy — you work well independently and as part of a team Sales experience (outside/D2D sales preferred) Strong presentation, communication, and negotiation skills A track record of hitting or beating sales goals Ability to work flexible hours, including some evenings, weekends, and holidays Valid driver's license (company car provided) Comfort using a tablet and wireless equipment for order entry (company-issued) Requirements High school diploma or equivalent required Must be at least 21 years of age Must pass a driver's license check and background check Must be authorized to work for any U.S. employer full-time; we do not sponsor, transfer, or support employment visa status or work authorization extensions for any position Your First 30 Days You'll start with paid, in-house training covering our full sales process, objection handling, and competitor positioning — no telecom experience required, though it's a plus. New reps also get a fully compensated 30-day ramp period, so you're earning guaranteed pay while you learn the ropes, before your commission structure kicks in at full speed. Most new reps are closing sales in our neighborhoods within the first few weeks, with ongoing coaching and access to our sales playbook to help you win more deals faster.
