Responsibilities Emergency care, 24/7 Advanced cardiac services, including cardiac catheterization labs Interventional radiology lab for diagnosis and treatment of other medical conditions Neurology care Surgical procedures for general surgery, orthopedics and weight loss Gastroenterology/endoscopy procedures Advanced imaging Laboratory services Respiratory services Inpatient nursing Job Description The Anesthesia Technician functions under the supervision of an Anesthesiologist, CRNA or Registered Nurse and performs delegated functions. Provides safe, effective cleaning of all equipment in compliance with safety and infection control standards. Assumes responsibility to order and prepare supplies and equipment as needed by the Anesthesiologist for surgical procedures in this preparation, observes Universal Precautions and is responsible for meeting the Standards of Care. Patient age may be from neonate to geriatric.
