RESTAURANT MANAGER
LEAD WITH HEART-COMMUNITY-FOCUSED, VALUE-DRIVEN TEAM!
55K - $60K + BONUS, BENEFITS

NORTHVILLE, TROY, OR STERLING HEIGHTS

We are currently hiring Kitchen Managers / Kitchen Servant Heart Leaders. The role of the Kitchen Servant Heart Leader is to fulfill our commitments and execute our Great Food Fundamental Disciplines. As a member of the Leadership team, the Kitchen Servant Heart Leader sets the pace of the shift, while coaching and teaching Our Teammates in the Heart of the House.
Restaurant Manager responsibilities include
- Provides constant communication through daily shift meetings
- Train and develop through proper coaching and teaching
- Give authentic praise and thank you
