The right individual will bring strong leadership skills, operational knowledge, and a genuine passion for hospitality.Key ResponsibilitiesDirect front-of-house operations throughout each shift to ensure an organized and enjoyable dining experienceLead and motivate servers, hosts, bartenders, and other front-of-house team membersEstablish clear expectations for service, hospitality, appearance, cleanliness, and professionalismBuild effective staff schedules based on anticipated business levels and operational needsParticipate in recruiting, interviewing, hiring, onboarding, and training front-of-house employeesProvide regular coaching and feedback while addressing performance concerns appropriatelyMaintain a strong presence on the restaurant floor and step in wherever needed to support the teamAddress guest questions, concerns, and complaints while ensuring appropriate service recoveryWork closely with kitchen leadership to maintain strong communication and efficient serviceConduct pre-shift meetings and keep employees informed of daily priorities and restaurant updatesMonitor staffing and labor levels while making adjustments throughout the shift as neededSupport cash-handling procedures, opening and closing responsibilities, and other daily administrative dutiesEnsure the restaurant consistently meets company standards for cleanliness, safety, and serviceAssist with high-volume periods, private events, large parties, and other special operational needsPromote a positive team culture built around accountability, communication, and respectQualificationsMinimum of 3 years of management or supervisory experience in a full-service restaurantDemonstrated experience leading and developing front-of-house employeesStrong understanding of restaurant service, staffing, and daily operationsExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to effectively resolve guest and employee concernsStrong organizational and decision-making abilitiesComfortable working in a high-volume environment while maintaining attention to detailExperience with employee scheduling and labor managementFamiliarity with restaurant POS systems and technologyAbility to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidaysServSafe and/or RAMP certification is a plusBenefits & PerksWe believe that taking care of our team is just as important as taking care of our guests.
