What You Will Do (Responsibilities)

As a Service Advisor, you are the face of our service department. You will manage customer relationships, guide them through their vehicle maintenance, and maximize lane efficiency.

• Manage Lane Flow: Oversee the daily flow of the Service Lane, ensuring every customer is greeted promptly and courteously.
• Own the Experience: Take complete ownership of the customer's journey, executing extra details to leave a lasting, positive impression.
• Provide Concierge Support: Act as the primary point of contact for all owner inquiries (via phone or in person) to ensure seamless communication.
• Maximize Technician Time: Actively sell and allocate the daily inventory of technician time efficiently to incoming service customers.
• Maintain Open Communication: Keep customers constantly updated regarding the real-time status of their vehicle repairs.
• Drive Operational Excellence: Strictly follow all dealership processes and consistently meet or exceed performance expectations and goals.

What We Are Looking For (Qualifications)

• Proven Experience: Direct previous experience as an Automotive Service Advisor is required.
• Strong Soft Skills: An organized, friendly personality with exceptional time management abilities.
• Sales & Service Excellence: Proven track record in retail sales and delivering elite customer service.
• Top-Tier Communication: Fantastic written and verbal communication skills with both customers and technicians.
• Professionalism: A professional, well-groomed personal appearance that represents the Toyota brand well.
• Screening Requirements: A clean driving record, plus a willingness to submit to a pre-employment background check and drug screen.
