Qualifications:
• Active state licensure in Speech-Language Pathology
• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• ASHA certification—Clinical Fellowship (CF) or Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC)
• Background in pediatric speech-language therapy
• Excellent communication, organizational, and documentation skills
• Adaptable, team-oriented, and passionate about working in school environments

Role Responsibilities:
• Perform assessments, develop individualized education programs (IEPs), and deliver evidence-based therapy to students
• Work closely with teachers, parents, and staff to monitor progress and adjust therapy plans as needed
• Maintain accurate records and comply with state and school regulations
• Participate in IEP meetings and provide recommendations to educational teams
