ResponsibilitiesCultivate and manage a robust portfolio of commercial insurance clients by identifying their specific risk mitigation needs.
Develop and execute strategic outreach plans to connect with local business owners and industry leaders.
Collaborate with our underwriting team to structure custom policy solutions that provide genuine peace of mind.
Represent The Atlantic District at community events and regional networking functions to strengthen our local presence.
Conduct comprehensive coverage reviews to ensure our clients are always protected against emerging threats.
Mentor junior sales staff by sharing technical knowledge and effective relationship-building techniques.
RequirementsNJ Property & Casualty Insurance Producer License.
Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in insurance sales.
Strong background in commercial lines and risk management.
Advanced proficiency in agency management systems and Microsoft Office suite.
Demonstrated history of building and maintaining a self-generated book of business.
Excellent public speaking and presentation capabilities.
Deep understanding of the Paterson and Northern New Jersey business landscape.
