Copilot Studio Developer - AI & AutomationWe are looking for two senior developers to support the design, development, and deployment of AI-driven solutions with a primary focus on Client Copilot Studio agent development. This role will work closely with senior architects and platform teams to build intelligent agents, automate business processes, and integrate AI capabilities across Client 365, Power Platform, and Azure services.Required Skills & Experience•2+ years of hands-on Client Copilot Studio development experience in a production environment, including building, testing, deploying, and supporting enterprise agents •5+ years of experience with Power Automate, including flows, approvals, error handling, and connectors •Experience designing conversational experiences, topics, and workflows •Experience integrating Copilot Studio with Power Automate, Client 365, Power Platform, and Azure services •Experience connecting agents to enterprise data sources and knowledge repositories •Experience building custom actions and orchestration workflows •Experience with Azure AI Services, including Azure OpenAI •Experience testing, troubleshooting, and optimizing AI-driven solutions •Strong troubleshooting, problem-solving, and communication skills •Ability to translate business requirements into scalable automation and AI solutionsHighly Preferred•Client 365 Copilot extensibility experience •Experience implementing generative AI and retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) solutions •Experience working with Client Graph APIs and enterprise data integrations •SharePoint Online integration experience •Prompt engineering and agent orchestration experience •Experience implementing enterprise AI solutions in regulated environments •Experience with Client Purview and AI governance concepts •Understanding of Client 365 Copilot, Copilot Studio, and agent governance considerations To help accelerate screening and onboarding, please prioritize candidates with: •5+ years of Power Platform development experience •Demonstrated hands-on Client Copilot Studio development experience in a production environment •Experience integrating Copilot Studio with Azure AI/OpenAI services in a production environment •Experience building enterprise automation and AI solutions using Client technologies •Strong communication skills and the ability to work directly with business stakeholdersEssential Skills: Copilot Studio & AI AgentsExperience Required: 10 & AboveCompany Benefits & Culture• Inclusive and diverse work environment • Opportunities for professional growth and development • Comprehensive health and wellness benefits Artech
