I'm a proud graduate of the University of Cincinnati and a member of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, and Ive spent the past 17 years building a career around helping people protect what matters most. Before opening my agency, I worked as a team member for another State Farm agent, which gave me the foundation to create a successful business centered on exceptional customer service and strong relationships. Our office is friendly, laid-back, and collaborative a place where we work hard, celebrate wins, and always keep our focus on delivering top-tier service. My team has been with me for many years, and that longevity speaks to the supportive, team-oriented culture weve built. Currently, we are a close-knit group of three, and were excited to grow with new team members who share our passion for helping others. As Account Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member for Deatria Walker - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers success. You grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services. Grow your career as you better your community. As an attentive, sociable, and sales-minded professional, we are eager to have you on our team.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Provide information about insurance products and services.
- Assist customers with policy applications and renewals.
- Handle customer inquiries and provide timely responses.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
- Communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
- No prior experience required!
