Sales Support SpecialistThe Sales Support Specialist is a subject matter expert responsible for supporting the full sales lifecycle—from lead generation and contract management to aftersales performance and customer retention. The role requires strong analytical capabilities, stakeholder management, and process excellence to optimize commercial outcomes as it will mainly support strategies to enhance customer satisfaction, enable commercial success, and drive efficient execution across lead generation and after-sales activities. Act as a critical connector between Sales, Analytics, Legal, and Operations to deliver value throughout the customer lifecycle. Candidates can be located in Dallas, Texas or Miami, Florida.Key tasks include:Partner with Commercial Owners to proactively prevent churn and improve customer retentionDeliver differentiated customer value through data-driven insights and analyticsBridge insights between Commercial and Analytics teams to drive informed decision-makingExecute post-implementation reviews and monitor customer satisfaction outcomesTrack customer performance metrics (revenue development, churn, pipeline health) and support continuous improvementManage lead generation programs and initiatives by overseeing and optimizing leads to maximizing conversionEnables Consignee Selling Trips across the US and visiting countries by multiple activities such as project management, track visit effectiveness, ROI, and commercial impactManage Contract LifeCycle management processes ensuring contracts are uploaded, managed and accurately coded, supporting with training and adoption initiatives to improve system usage and ensure compliance with internal policies and governance standardsLiaison between sales, customers and internal departmentsSupport customer problem management and report on results of corrective processesGenerate and review reports and statistics for supporting customers to analyze and prepare for customer business reviewsProvide support on issues and problems from less experienced/ new team members, provide direction and guidance as neededSupport project implementation, deployment of systems/solutions, and process improvementSupport pre- and after-sales activitiesYour skills and experience:6+ years of relevant experience in Sales Support/Sales OperationsExperience in logistics or related industry preferredAdvanced Microsoft Skills required (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)Bachelor's degree is desired (Business, Finance, Accounting, Marketing or related field)Project Management and Data Analytics skills preferredAbility to manage and prioritize multiple projects, work effectively, independently and in a Team environment, and with excellent verbal and written communication skillsExcellent communication and presentation skillsPay Range: $79,777.50 - $106,370.00 + (Based on Experience)Benefits (All Non-Union Employees)Competitive base salary plus role dependent performance-based incentives.$1-for-$1 match up to 4% quarterly + 2% annual base contribution on 401(k) Match.Ability to purchase Deutsche Post AG shares at a discounted rate through Stock Purchase Plan.Comprehensive plans covering preventive care, inpatient/outpatient services, and prescriptions under Medical.Optional coverage for exams, frames, and contacts under Vision.Optional coverage for preventive, basic, and major services under Dental.7 major holidays, 8 floating holidays, and accrued vacation/sick days under Paid Time Off.Why Join DHL Global Forwarding?At DHL Global Forwarding, we invest in our employees' growth, providing training, guidance, and career advancement opportunities.
