Responsibilities Conduct thorough physical examinations and health assessments of pediatric patients. (Newborn- 21 yrs) Diagnose and treat common illnesses, injuries, and chronic conditions in children. Develop and implement individualized treatment plans, including prescribing medications and therapies as appropriate. Provide anticipatory guidance and health education to patients and their families regarding nutrition, immunizations, growth, and development. Coordinate care with specialists, therapists, and other healthcare providers to ensure comprehensive management of complex cases. Maintain accurate and detailed medical records in compliance with legal and regulatory standards.
