Summary

Wesbury is seeking a dedicated RN to coordinate and deliver top-quality nursing care in all neighborhoods 6:00 am – 6:30 pm. You’ll work directly with residents, families, and the healthcare team to ensure compliance with facility and regulatory standards.

Key Job Duties and Responsibilities

1. Coordinate resident care, manage care plans, and implement physician orders
2. Supervise and mentor nursing staff for professional growth
3. Maintain accurate documentation, complete incident reports, and conduct compliance audits
4. Ensure proper staffing levels and respond promptly to emergencies
5. Communicate updates with physicians, families, and interdisciplinary teams
6. Monitor and follow up on lab results, IV therapy, and outside appointments

Qualifications

• Active RN license in PA (BSN preferred)
• CPR certification
• 3+ years of nursing experience (≥1 year in supervisory care is a plus)
• Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills
• Proficient with EMR systems and basic computer tools
• Compassionate, patient, and committed to resident-centered care
