Shift Manager

Responsibilities Shift Managers lead shifts every week, ensuring customers receive a fast, accurate, friendly experience. They provide leadership to crew and other managers during a shift to maintain quality, service, and cleanliness standards. Shift Managers plan each shift, monitor performance, address issues, monitor safety, security, and profitability, and communicate with the next Shift Manager to facilitate smooth operations. They may also be responsible for meeting shift targets and helping assigned departments reach their goals. Positive team players with a flexible schedule who thrive in a fast‑paced environment are sought. Candidates must be 18 years or older to manage in a corporate‑owned restaurant.
