Our Full Time Hospitalist Position Offers:

Salary Range: $304,200 - $425,880
The Birthplace at Carilion New River Valley Medical Center is committed to providing care to newborns, mothers and families through a multidisciplinary team approach. The Birthplace features private birthing suites designed so labor, delivery and recovery take place in the same room, along with modern amenities to ensure comfort and safety. To enhance newborn security, the center also uses CertaScan technology, which provides digital footprint imaging, secure photo storage and maternal fingerprint identification. Carilion New River Valley Medical Center has been named among the nation's best for providing high-quality maternity care for uncomplicated pregnancies by U.S. News & World Report.
Christiansburg , located in the New River Valley just minutes from Virginia Tech in Blacksburg, sits along Interstate 81 and U.S. Route 460, with the Roanoke-Blacksburg Regional Airport (ROA) only 30 minutes away. Ob Hospitalist Group began in 2006 and leads the industry in developing and managing in-house OB/GYN hospitalist programs. OBHG was founded to make care safer for moms and babies, and help OB/GYNs achieve balance in their own lives.
