We're seeking an experienced executive coach to work with senior leaders and executives looking to sharpen their leadership and strategic capabilities. This role includes leadership development and communication skills coaching, guidance on decision making and team management, and support with strategic planning, strategy, succession planning, and board relations. Mentors also help clients build fluency in AI fundamentals, AI strategy, and AI automation as these capabilities become increasingly central to executive decision-making. Ideal candidates have hands-on executive leadership or C-suite experience, prior coaching or mentoring experience, and a clear, structured approach to helping leaders navigate complex organizational challenges. Coaches set their own hours and rates, host sessions virtually, and partner with our team to deliver a high-quality, supportive experience for every client.
